LDMOS 2-stage integrated Doherty MMIC

The B10H27N70D is a 2-stage fully integrated Doherty MMIC solution using Ampleon's state of the art 50 V LDMOS technology. Featuring 50 Ω input / 50 Ω output impedances, this device is perfectly suited as general purpose driver in the frequency range 2496 MHz to 2690 MHz. Available in a 7 mm x 7 mm LGA outline.
