Nijmegen, The Netherlands, October 21, 2026 – Ampleon announces the B10H24N70D, a 70 W two-stage Doherty MMIC driver for 4G and 5G macro base stations operating from 2300 MHz to 2400 MHz. Built on Ampleon’s 50 V LDMOS technology, it combines high gain, excellent linearity and high driver efficiency with 50 Ω input and output impedances in a compact package.
The B10H24N70D delivers more than 30 dB power gain and 20 % efficiency, with a peak output power of 70 W.
By integrating the two-stage Doherty amplifier into a single device, the B10H24N70D reduces external matching requirements, component count, and RF-lineup complexity. This helps engineering teams shorten development time and create compact radio designs with consistent, repeatable performance.
Independent carrier and peaking bias control allow designers to optimize performance for different system and signal requirements. Integrated ESD protection supports robust handling and reliable implementation.
The 50 Ω input and output impedances simplify RF-chain integration, while the 7 mm × 7 mm LGA package supports space-constrained, high-density radio designs.
The B10H24N70D expands Ampleon’s comprehensive family of compact high-voltage drivers for major 4G and 5G frequency bands. Other family members include the B10H0608N40D, B10H0710N40D, B10H16N40D, B10H1822N60D, and B10H27N70D.
