You are going to be a part of a multidisciplinary team

Our international HR, Marketing, and Communications team works closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely, effective communication across multiple channels. Together, we enhance the Ampleon brand, strengthen our reputation, create product awareness, and support employee engagement.

A look into the life of the Associate Specialist Corporate Communication
  • Support key stakeholders by maintaining an up-to-date communications calendar, tracking results against KPIs, and driving projects that enhance and streamline communications and public relations
  • Craft compelling, audience-focused content that strengthens Ampleon’s brand and resonates with target groups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels, including the website, intranet, social media, and local/global events
  • Coordinate communication activities with internal teams and external agencies/suppliers to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights to further evolve our marketing and communications strategy

Your profile
  • Eager to learn, grow and contribute to Ampleon’s success
  • Proven experience as a Communication Specialist (graduates with relevant skills and motivation are also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, combining professionalism, positivity, and a hands-on approach
  • Strategic and creative thinker with an excellent command of English (Dutch is an advantage)
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is a plus
  • BSc/BA in communications, public relations, or a related field
