Vincent joined Ampleon in June 2016 and was appointed CEO per April 1, 2023. Prior to this, he was leading the finance organization. He was appointed CFO per April 1, 2020, and became a member of the Management Board. Before joining Ampleon, he worked for various international companies, such as van Gansewinkel (2013 – 2016) and Swedish Match/Scandinavian Tobacco Group (2005 – 2013). He started his career as an auditor, working for some of the major audit firms (Andersen, Deloitte, Ernst & Young).
Chief Executive Officer
Kees joined Ampleon in December 2015. He was appointed SVP Operations and Strategy on January 1, 2024 and joined the Management Board on March 1, 2024. Prior to this, he was leading the Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales Operations organizations. Before joining Ampleon, he held Marketing and R&D management positions at NXP Semiconductors (2006-2015) and Philips (1998-2006) in various countries. He holds an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
