Our recruitment process:

  1. CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATION: We confirm receipt of your application within 7 days.
  2. SCREENING POTENTIAL FIT: Should you be a potential fit, we will invite you for an interview. 
  3. FIRST INTERVIEW: You will be interviewed by our Regional HR Business Partner to get to know each other and collect some basic yet essential information.
  4. INTERVIEWS HIRING TEAM AND HR: You will meet the hiring team at Ampleon face-to-face (or in an online meeting) and will have 3 to 6 interviews, with three parties: 1) the hiring managers, 2) peers, and 3) HR.
  5. ONBOARDING: Should the process result in an offer, you will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding.
